Smerz announce spring North American tour, share “Dreams” live video

Norwegian experimental pop duo Smerz have announced a spring North American tour that includes dates surrounding their performance at Kilby Block Party festival. They've also released a live video for their song ‘Dreams’ to coincide with the tour announcement.
