Catholic clergy gain access to Broadview ICE facility—when no one is there

A federal judge has ordered immigration authorities to permit Catholic clergy access to the Broadview ICE detention facility specifically for Ash Wednesday religious services. However, the access was granted at times when detainees were not present at the facility.
