Austin-based artist Riya Mahesh, who records as Quiet Light, is releasing a new mixtape called ‘Blue Angel Sparkling Silver 2’ on True Panther. The ambient-pop producer has already released five albums since 2020 and is sharing a track called ‘Berlin’ from the upcoming release.
