Shoes’ Gary Klebe Announces Debut Solo Album Out Loud: Hear “Not Tough Enough”

Gary Klebe of power-pop band Shoes is releasing his debut solo album and has shared a new single. Shoes were a mid-'70s Illinois band known for excellent minor hits in the late ‘70s and early MTV music videos when the channel launched in 1981.
