Manchester's The White Hotel has announced 30 additional acts for THE BLACK LIGHTS, its debut festival in Blackpool. The expanded lineup includes experimental and electronic artists such as Kali Malone, Klein, Valentina Magaletti, Russell Haswell, Lee Gamble, Jennifer Walton, Afrodeutsche, and Iceboy Violet.
