Folk singer Alela Diane has announced a new album titled ‘Who's Keeping Time?’ recorded live in her attic, which serves as a tribute to the late folk legend Michael Hurley. The album was inspired by Hurley, known as the ‘godfather of freak folk,’ and includes the newly released single ‘California.’
